Paperless billing

You can arrange to receive your bills through e-mail instead of having a paper version posted out. This is an effective and efficient way of issuing bills and also helps us to reduce spending on postage and packing. Once registered, you will then receive any annual, closing and adjustment council tax bills to your email address.

We will use the e-mail address you provide for the purpose of providing you with an electronic version of your Council Tax or National Non-Domestic Rating bill. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties and will not be used for purposes other than in accordance with the Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rating (Electronic Communications) (Wales) Order 2009. If your e-mail address changes at any time in future you must notify the Council Tax Department immediately.
