Support for adults
For support with sensory loss for adults (people aged over 18 years old), please contact SPoA.

- Monday: 9am to 5pm
- Tuesday: 9am to 5pm
- Wednesday: 9am to 2pm and 3pm to 5pm
- Thursday: 9am to 5pm
- Friday: 9am to 5pm
- Saturday: closed
- Sunday: closed
- Bank holidays: closed

Support for children and young people up to 18 years old
To get support with sensory loss for children and young people up to 18 years old, please contact Families First.
There is specialist equipment available to help people with sensory loss to remain independent. Some of the equipment may be provided as part of your specialist assessment or rehabilitation training.
We also have a Sensory Resource Room with equipment on display and information and advice on where to purchase specialist items. Visits to the Resource Room are by appointment only.
