Special Procedures Licensing Scheme

The Special Procedures Licensing Scheme sets out the requirements and conditions for practitioners to perform special procedures such as tattooing (including semi-permanent make up / microblading), cosmetic piercing, electrolysis and acupuncture (including dry needling).

The Special Procedures Licensing Scheme is now in force and replaces the personal treatments registration process.
