Welsh in education strategic plan

We are fully committed to the Welsh Government's vision of delivering 'a million Welsh speakers by 2050'.

We recognise the importance of bilingualism in the 21st century. We have adopted a long term commitment that all children and young people in Denbighshire will leave full-time education being competent and confident in using both Welsh and English. We recognise that this is a long term aim that will take a number of years to achieve.

The Welsh in Education Strategic Plan for 2022-32 sets out how we will work towards achieving this goal.
