Families First: FRIENDS Resilience Group - Young Persons Service

The FRIENDS Resilience Group - Young Persons Service is a course to help learn resilience skills.

Learning resilience skills can help to make thumbs up and thumbs down decisions. The resilience skills help you learn to relax, change unhelpful thoughts into helpful thoughts.
