Families First: FRIENDS Resilience Group
The FRIENDS Resilience Group is a course to help learn resilience skills.
Learning resilience skills is like adding new tools to a tool box. The resilience skills help you learn to be strong, brave and kind.
Who are sessions for?
The FRIENDS Resilience Group course is only for parents/carers who are receiving services through the Families First programme and have children between the ages of 8 and 9 years old.
When and where do sessions take place?
This is a 10 week course and sessions take place from 4pm to 5:15pm at the Westbourne Centre in Rhyl on:
