A range of activities to promote wellbeing.

Sugar challenge – young people will be challenged to guess how much sugar there is in various food and drinks.

Young people will take part in a quiz with a prize at the end!

We’ll have an LGBTQ+ awareness session and arts and crafts activities to celebrate Pride month.

A competition where young people will make and decorate cupcakes.

A chance for young people to grab a cuppa and biscuits and discuss with the Youth Work Team any concerns they have or ideas they’d like to bring to the club.

1 May: Project Based (week 1)

A visit by staff from Denbigh Youth Project to offer help and advice with writing CVs, applying for jobs and finding training opportunities.


8 May: Project Based (week 2)

Denbigh Youth Project will join us again, this time to look at healthy eating and to make fruit smoothies.


15 May: Project Based (week 3)

Our last visit by Denbigh Youth Project will look at eating on a budget.

A chance to discuss topics of the week and share thoughts, feelings and ideas with peers.
